Business Shirts, Pandas and The King Of England

Hello again, and welcome to this weeks blog. (Warning may contain the possibility of whoopass being released from its aluminium container). This week has seen my personal profile increase now I am an internet sensation (may not actually be true at all). Added to this the changes happening at work, I've decided to change my look. Now I am currently sporting the "Business Shirt look", freshly pressed shirts in pastel colours with occasional added stripes. Today as I'm writing this, I'm even wearing pink, yes me in pink. Whatever next ???? T shirts that change colour as you sweat ???, Hang on a minute.!! I've even gone as far as to tuck the shirt into my trousers. I know, shock horror. Its almost like I'm a professional !!!

This isn't the droid your looking for !
The papercraft R2D2 is complete and has now found a home on my desk, (Guarding my monitor) So I decided to start project "Master Chief". The problem being that when I asked about borrowing some paper, I sort of got roped into making my boss a giant papercraft panda. I dont mind at all, It keeps me out of mischief (although I wouldn't mind getting into some). I can see this ending up being almost a business venture. Papercraft models to order, sounds like a business plan. (I also have the shirts !!!).

And finally (in a witty end of the news style feel good story). I was in stiches last weekend when I collected my six year old son from his mothers. "Dad I know what I want to be when I grow up", he said. "Whats that son ???", the response ?, "The King Of England". "erm Nathan, you do realise that you have to be born into royalty, it's not a career option". Or at least it wasn't when I was at school and discussed my career options. "So why do you want to be king of england then Nathan ??", I really wasn't prepared for the response at all. I was expecting the usual, Living in a palace, Being obscenely wealthy or even marrying a beautiful princess. No the answer I got was "So I can walk into a shop and say, give me that chocolate, and I'm not paying, for I am the King Of England" Well that flattened me, that a six year olds perception of royalty is that they are freeloaders. Genius and I never taught him it either

That has been my week, This has been my blog, you have been my readers ..... La Fin !!!
